Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring that our cleaning teams consistently achieve their monthly service hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for cleaning services (apartments, offices, deep cleaning, etc.)
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure cleaning teams maintain their allocated service hours.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.
• Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (preferably in cleaning, facilities management, or related industry).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Fluency in English required (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
