About Us:
Doctorna CRM is a cutting-edge healthcare-focused CRM platform designed to streamline patient management, enhance clinic operations, and drive business growth. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Arabic-speaking Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our presence in the UAE healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers) in the UAE.
  • Present and demonstrate Doctorna CRM features and benefits to prospects.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent pre- and post-sales support.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and good command of English.
  • Must own a car and have a valid UAE driving license.
  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the UAE healthcare market is a plus.
