Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our Interior Fit-Out company in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and an existing customer database within the interior fit-out or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for interior fit-out projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Follow up on leads, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior fit-out, design, or construction sectors.
• Must have an existing client/customer database.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Male or Female candidates can apply.

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: AED 1,500 + Attractive Commission on confirmed projects.
• Additional incentives based on performance.
