Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling laptops, computers, and related accessories in a retail store environment. You will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, promoting products, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the store with product selection and inquiries.
• Actively promote laptops, desktops, and IT accessories to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure proper display and arrangement of products in the showroom.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep track of stock levels and report requirements to the store manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in laptops or IT products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong product knowledge of laptops and related accessories.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
• Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
• Fluency in English .
