Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities within the food service and hospitality sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Present products and coordinate with production and logistics for seamless client service.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B food sales, preferably bakery, pastry, or FMCG sector.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems (like Odoo) is an advantage.
