Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai office. This role is ideal for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who thrives on building relationships and closing high-value business deals. As a Senior Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the firm’s growth by targeting large companies, establishing strategic partnerships, and converting leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify, target, and approach high-profile clients and companies to explore business opportunities in accounting, audit, taxation, and advisory services.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CEOs, CFOs, and business owners.
Sales Process Management: Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.
Networking: Attend industry events, seminars, and networking functions to expand Push Digits’ reach and market presence.
Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present our services, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Performance Monitoring: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in professional services or B2B industries (audit, accounting, consulting, or finance sectors preferred).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior executives and stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully.
A highly motivated and self-driven individual with the passion to excel in a commission-focused role.
A robust professional network in the UAE, especially in Dubai, is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings and events.
