Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals to build a strong sales pipeline.

Sales & Business Development: Drive the promotion and sale of banking products, including credit cards and loans, to meet defined business objectives.

Negotiation & Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms and close high-value sales deals, consistently achieving or surpassing monthly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, providing exceptional post-sales support and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence & Analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor strategies, and stay informed about new financial products to maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience at least 1 year (experience in banking, financial services is a plus).

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
