Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client Relations

  • Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and services to individual and corporate clients.
  • Identify potential clients, generate new leads, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide detailed information about destinations, visa requirements, and travel options.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and social media, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Prepare customized itineraries and quotations based on client preferences and budgets.
  • Follow up on leads, close sales, and meet monthly sales targets.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel packages and seasonal offers.
  • Attend travel fairs, networking events, and exhibitions to represent the company.
  • Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local tour operators to confirm bookings.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and smooth communication with clients pre- and post-travel.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain client databases and sales reports.
  • Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience (1 year) in travel agency sales or tour operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of global destinations, especially popular holiday spots.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
