Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client Relations
- Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and services to individual and corporate clients.
- Identify potential clients, generate new leads, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Provide detailed information about destinations, visa requirements, and travel options.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and social media, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Prepare customized itineraries and quotations based on client preferences and budgets.
- Follow up on leads, close sales, and meet monthly sales targets.
Marketing & Promotion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel packages and seasonal offers.
- Attend travel fairs, networking events, and exhibitions to represent the company.
- Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local tour operators to confirm bookings.
- Ensure accurate documentation and smooth communication with clients pre- and post-travel.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain client databases and sales reports.
- Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience (1 year) in travel agency sales or tour operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of global destinations, especially popular holiday spots.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
