Job Description:-
As a Sales Executive you are responsible to assist in leading the property’s segmented sales effort. Support and conducts all day-to-day activities related to the sales function assisting building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of Hotel Sales & revenue targets.
- Work with Sales Manager and help implement the Hotel sales plan addressing revenue, guests’ needs and the market.
- Analyse market information by using sales systems and create relevant reports and information dashboards.
- Review sales and catering guest satisfaction results to identify areas of improvement.
- work closely with the Revenue Department to ensure accurate, timely and complete information.
- Assist the Senior Sales Manager in preparation of the annual Sales & Marketing plans, quarterly updates and the annual Budget.
- Executes exemplary customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by assisting the customer and ensuring their satisfaction before and during their stay/event.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Attend customer events, trade shows and sales missions to maintain, build or develop key relationships customers.
- Regularly research of local press and internet in order to identify new sales leads.
- Entertain clients at the hotel to build up strong business relations with them and to convert relation into more business materialization.
- Conduct formal Hotel show arounds for prospective new accounts.
- Prepare documents for RFP processes to secure new business in the Hotel.
- Track Guest feedback and assist operational departments to come up with innovative solutions to resolve any Guest issues.
