Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients (landlords), closing deals for short-term property rentals, and promoting our interior design services. Your goal will be to generate new leads, build relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels
- Engage with potential clients (landlords) to understand their needs
- Promote and close deals for short-term rental agreements with One Address Dubai Holiday Homes
- Present and upsell interior design services to clients
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, real estate, holiday homes or related fields
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate and convert leads effectively
- Knowledge of Dubai property market is a plus
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
Compensation:
