Job Summary

RedBlue Flame Fire Safety & Security Systems LLC is hiring a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building long-term client relationships, and promoting our fire safety and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell fire alarm systems, firefighting systems, access control, and related services.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Coordinate with estimation and project teams for smooth execution.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
