Job Summary
RedBlue Flame Fire Safety & Security Systems LLC is hiring a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building long-term client relationships, and promoting our fire safety and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell fire alarm systems, firefighting systems, access control, and related services.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Coordinate with estimation and project teams for smooth execution.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
