About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to promote our advisory Services across the UAE. This role is UAE-based and requires on-ground sales across different Emirates, direct client engagement, and building lasting B2B relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote our AML services to real estate firms, dealers in precious metals & stones, auditors, and corporate service providers.
- Generate leads through networking, client visits, and direct sales activities across Dubai.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present compliance solutions clearly and effectively to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring regulatory-grade service promotion.
- Keep updated with AML/CFT regulations and compliance requirements in the UAE.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales (compliance, financial, or professional services preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
- Preferably female candidates; males are welcome to apply.
- Preferably to have own visa and valid UAE residency.
- Strong self-motivation, negotiation skills, and ability to work independently.
- Must be available for on-ground sales in Dubai.
