Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the oil and gas industry to drive revenue growth, develop strategic client relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of oil and gas products, services, and market dynamics, along with proven sales and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets within the oil and gas sector
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with operators, EPC contractors, service companies, and distributors
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations, proposals, and bids
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms in line with company policies
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate solutions and timely delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry (upstream, midstream, or downstream)
  • Strong understanding of oil and gas products, services, and technical solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel as required
