Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented FMCG Sales Executive to handle sales operations across assigned territories in the UAE. The candidate should have strong market knowledge, existing customer relationships, and the ability to achieve sales targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop sales for FMCG products in assigned areas
  • Visit supermarkets, groceries, and key accounts regularly
  • Generate new business and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at outlets
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Collect payments and ensure timely outstanding recovery
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for smooth deliveries
  • Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience in the UAE
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of UAE retail and wholesale FMCG markets
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience handling modern trade and general trade
  • Existing retailer network in assigned territories
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
