Full job description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive – Automobiles to drive vehicle sales and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic, possess a valid UAE driving license, and have strong sales and negotiation skills within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell new and/or used vehicles in line with company targets
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Maintain strong relationships with walk-in customers, leads, and corporate clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Follow up on leads generated through showroom visits, online inquiries, and referrals
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, insurance, registration) to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Stay updated on product features, pricing, promotions, and market trends

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry (preferred)
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Good command of English
  • Valid UAE driving license – mandatory
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment
  • Basic knowledge of automotive financing, insurance, and registration processes

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with authorized dealers or automotive showrooms
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Understanding of the UAE automotive market
