Job Vacancy: Sales Representative (Females Only)

We are looking for a highly motivated Arabic-speaking Sales Representative to join our team at a leading medical center.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in medical or aesthetic services sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful appointments and bookings.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels to promote the center’s services
• Understand clients’ needs and provide accurate information about treatments and ongoing offers
• Follow up with leads and maintain client data using CRM systems
• Schedule consultations and appointments (in-clinic or online)
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion rates
• Coordinate with the marketing and reception teams to ensure a smooth client journey
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or sales, preferably in medical or aesthetic centers
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer use (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, WhatsApp Business)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset
• Position is open to Arabic-speaking females only
