The ideal candidate will have a strong technical or engineering background, a genuine passion for sales, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and expand client base in retail, events, and signage sectors.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions for graphics, signage, and display projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution, including design, production, and installation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and site coordination to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and go the extra mile to ensure client success.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in signage, graphics, or display solutions.
- Strong passion for sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage projects and coordinate on-site activities effectively.
- UAE market experience and valid driving license preferred.
