Job Description:

We are seeking an active, smart, and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle client acquisition and business development for our manpower supply services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new clients for manpower supply services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Promote manpower solutions to construction, facilities management, and other sectors
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals
• Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams to ensure timely manpower deployment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in manpower supply or staffing industry
• Active, smart, and self-motivated personality
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to join immediately
