The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your primary goal will be to bridge the gap between marketing interest and closed deals. You will be responsible for managing high-quality leads generated by our marketing team, ensuring a high conversion rate through professional communication and diligent pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Proactively call and follow up with leads provided by the marketing team to convert inquiries into bookings.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions using CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).
- Pipeline Management: Track prospects through the entire sales journey—from initial contact to final contract/booking.
- Customer Consultation: Provide detailed information regarding our fleet of vehicles and holiday home portfolios to match client needs.
- Field Work: Travel and meet with b to b partners and corporate clients.
- Reporting: Regularly update management on sales targets, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or tele-sales role (experience in real estate or automotive is a plus).
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar sales platforms is essential.
- Sales Savvy: A solid understanding of the sales pipeline and how to move prospects through various stages.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Energy: A high-energy, “can-do” attitude with the resilience to handle objections and close deals.
- Mobility: Willingness to perform occasional field work as required.
