Job Description:

Annex Training Institute is hiring highly experienced Tele Sales Executives to manage course admissions. Candidates with proven tele-sales experience from any high-conversion industry are encouraged to apply. You will work on organic inbound leads and are expected to achieve a minimum 20% lead conversion rate.

Candidates with experience in the following Tele-Sales roles are encouraged to apply:

  • Education Counsellor / Admission Counselor (Tele-Sales)
  • Real Estate Tele-Sales Executive
  • Insurance Tele-Sales Advisor
  • Banking Tele-Sales Officer
  • Healthcare Tele-Sales Executive
  • Travel Consultant (Tele-Sales)
  • IT / Software Tele-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle organic inbound leads provided by the institute
  • Counsel prospective students on professional training programs
  • Convert leads into confirmed admissions (minimum 20% conversion required)
  • Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Close admissions and achieve monthly targets
  • Maintain accurate lead and admission records

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of strong Tele-Sales experience (any of the above industries)
  • Proven ability to meet conversion-based targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience in education or training institutes is an advantage
  • Target-driven, disciplined, and performance-oriented
  • UAE market experience preferred
  • Immediate joiners preferred
