Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and business opportunities
• Market FM services (General Maintenance, HVAC, Façade Cleaning, Rope Access, AMC)
• Conduct client meetings and site visits
• Prepare quotations and follow up until deal closure
• Achieve assigned sales targets

Requirements:

• Experience in sales / business development (FM or construction sector preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi / UAE market
• Candidate must have own visa
• UAE driving license is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 4,000 – 4,500 (Fixed Salary)
