Roles & responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of machinery rental services, ensuring timely deployment and smooth workflow.
- Develop and execute strategic planning to improve fleet utilization, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct competitive pricing analysis and prepare quotations that align with market standards and company profitability.
- Perform strong payment follow-ups with clients, ensuring timely collections and maintaining healthy cash flow.
- Demonstrate effective negotiation skills when dealing with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms.
- Handle fleet management, including maintenance scheduling, availability tracking, and proper documentation.
- Coordinate closely with site teams and machine operators to ensure accurate job execution and resolve any operational issues promptly.
- Maintain proper communication with internal departments to support smooth end-to-end operations.
Desired candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in construction field
