Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling Orthomed’s pharmaceutical and orthopedic products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. This role combines direct sales, relationship management, and market development to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Orthomed’s products to doctors, pharmacies, and medical institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular visits to assigned territories to increase brand visibility and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrations as needed.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and logistics departments to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: motivated salary per month depending on experience
  • Commission: Competitive commission structure based on sales performance (percentage or tiered rates).
