Sales Executive

Role Overview:

As a Business Development & Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture leads through the sales pipeline, and support long-term strategic goals through effective client acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across relevant markets.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, digital & personal outreach, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on customer acquisition strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and pipeline management in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • UAE Driver’s License (Must Have)
  • Minimum 2 years UAE Experience
