Role Overview:
As a Business Development & Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture leads through the sales pipeline, and support long-term strategic goals through effective client acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across relevant markets.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, digital & personal outreach, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and product/service demonstrations.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on customer acquisition strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records and pipeline management in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- UAE Driver’s License (Must Have)
- Minimum 2 years UAE Experience
