As a Sales & Events Executive with, you infuse our dynamic Sales Team with a unique blend of ambition, a results-driven approach, and a genuine passion for engaging with customers. Your leadership elevates our sales efforts, ensuring success in every interaction.

  • Serve as the primary telephone and email contact for guest and corporate inquiries regarding events, property facilities, services, and promotions.
  • Conduct hotel site inspections and show-arounds for potential clients, effectively conveying sales details.
  • Prepare and manage all sales-related documents throughout the process, including proposals, contracts, Banquet Event Orders, and welcome kits.
  • Generate group and corporate leads through proactive internet prospecting, networking, and telemarketing activities.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, create company profiles in the property management system, and manage negotiated rate codes.
  • Coordinate internally with the sales team and externally with vendors to arrange meetings, events, and necessary client arrangements.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support by managing schedules, transcribing meeting minutes, filing documents, and ensuring the availability of sales materials.
  • Utilize effective sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue and establish strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and handle collections details while supporting the Director of Sales and management with assigned duties.

Qualifications


Education

Diploma or degree in business management, Good computer skills; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Knowledge of sales and marketing modules like Delphi, Opera S&M, Protel S&M etc.

Experience
Two or more years of experience working in a hotel, clerical or sales. Previous experience working in a similar role.
