What you’ll do:

As our new Sales Development Manager, you will:

  • Be the change agent for innovative offerings and solutions in Ground Water Intake (GWI) & Municipal Utilities (MUNI) markets.
  • Define and execute strategic plans in collaboration with the Area Sales Director.
  • Lead pilot programs to test new ideas and solutions—because great ideas deserve a splash!
  • Engage deeply with end users, sales channels, and stakeholders through regular visits.
  • Analyze market intelligence and represent Grundfos at exhibitions and industry platforms.
  • Create synergy across product units and ensure knowledge sharing.
  • Drive actionable insights and business outcomes with a data-driven mindset.

Your background:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering (bonus points if you’re passionate about water solutions). A master’s degree in business/commercial is a plus
  • 5 – 10 years of experience, including leadership of mid-to-large businesses.
  • Strategic planning and execution skills with a collaborative spirit.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and commercial acumen.
  • Experience managing complex projects and initiatives.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work across all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, with willingness to travel (up to 40%).
