What you’ll do:
As our new Sales Development Manager, you will:
- Be the change agent for innovative offerings and solutions in Ground Water Intake (GWI) & Municipal Utilities (MUNI) markets.
- Define and execute strategic plans in collaboration with the Area Sales Director.
- Lead pilot programs to test new ideas and solutions—because great ideas deserve a splash!
- Engage deeply with end users, sales channels, and stakeholders through regular visits.
- Analyze market intelligence and represent Grundfos at exhibitions and industry platforms.
- Create synergy across product units and ensure knowledge sharing.
- Drive actionable insights and business outcomes with a data-driven mindset.
Your background:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering (bonus points if you’re passionate about water solutions). A master’s degree in business/commercial is a plus
- 5 – 10 years of experience, including leadership of mid-to-large businesses.
- Strategic planning and execution skills with a collaborative spirit.
- Entrepreneurial drive and commercial acumen.
- Experience managing complex projects and initiatives.
- Strong customer-centric mindset and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with willingness to travel (up to 40%).
