Job Summary

Sales Coordinator (Landscaping) will be responsible to support the sales team by preparing quotations, coordinating with clients, managing documentation, and liaising with the operations and design departments.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Customer Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to landscaping services.
  • Assist clients by providing project information, service details, timelines, and pricing guidance.
  • Prepare, revise, and follow up on landscaping quotations, proposals, and BOQs.
  • Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups with the sales team.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare sales documents such as quotations, contracts, LPOs, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Track the progress of proposals, approvals, and project timelines.
  • Maintain updated records of all inquiries, proposals, and sales in CRM or internal systems.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
