Hygeia is looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Coordinators to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers have an excellent experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for helping people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- Record Keeping: Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Follow-up: Ensure follow-up with customers to confirm that their issues have been resolved and to provide additional assistance if needed.
- Cold Calls: Make cold calls to bring in more customers
- Marketing Email / Message: Forward and circulate company marketing materials to present and prospective customers.
- Data Base Management: Manage company client database.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales Support / Sales Administrative Role (experience in facility management companies will be an added advantage).
- Fluency in English is a Must (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
- A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
