To support our growing operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with clients to follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Handle documentation related to sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Communicate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, and accounts) to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Support in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Respond to client queries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in organizing sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or Administrative role (preferably in kitchen equipment, hospitality, or related industries).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach
