Full job description
Duties:
- Preparation of Submittals, Prequalification & LPOs and Invoices.
- Preparation of sales presentations, letters, sales reports and proposals.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
- Maintain sales log and other documents
- Collecting offers from Suppliers from local and international market.
- Respond to Customer inquiries and emails
- Answer phone calls and other Admin tasks
Requirement :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 Years Experience as Sales Coordinator in UAE
- Attention to details
- Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, PP/Presentation is Mandatory
- Good communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
