We are seeking a motivated Arabic Sales & Training Coordinator to support our sales activities and coordinate training programs. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, well-organized, and experienced in sales coordination and training support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support sales activities and client follow-ups
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing training programs
- Liaise with clients, trainers, and internal teams
- Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations
- Maintain records, schedules, and participant data
- Support events, exhibitions, and training sessions as required
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in sales coordination, training coordination, or a similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience in training centers, education, or event management
- UAE experience is an advantage
