Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically within sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate sales activities and communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations and contracts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
