Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage and follow up on leads, inquiries, and client requirements
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, invoices, and service agreements to clients
- Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities in CRM or internal systems
- Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups between sales executives and clients
- Assist clients with documentation related to company formation, trade licenses, visas, and approvals
- Liaise with operations, PRO, and government departments to track application status
- Ensure timely collection of documents and payments from clients
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives when required
