Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage and follow up on leads, inquiries, and client requirements
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, invoices, and service agreements to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities in CRM or internal systems
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups between sales executives and clients
  • Assist clients with documentation related to company formation, trade licenses, visas, and approvals
  • Liaise with operations, PRO, and government departments to track application status
  • Ensure timely collection of documents and payments from clients
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
  • Handle client queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives when required
