We are hiring Client Sales Coordinators for a growing salon chain in Dubai across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has proven experience in upselling and cross-selling within salons, spa, or wellness centers in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate client bookings, confirmations, follow-ups, and sales conversions
• Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling services and packages
• Maintain strong client communication via calls/WhatsApp and ensure excellent service
• Support branch teams with daily sales coordination and basic reporting
• Ensure targets/KPIs are achieved consistently

Requirements

• Female candidates only (Eastern European preferred)
• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in salon/spa/wellness sales coordination
• Strong experience in upselling & cross-selling (packages, services, memberships)
• Fluent in English (must)
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused communication skills
