Full job description
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth execution of daily sales activities
- Prepare sales reports, quotations, and order documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and sales data
- Communicate with clients to follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments
- Support sales managers with scheduling, meetings, and presentations
- Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor sales targets and assist in tracking team performance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates who can handle Arabic or hindhi along with English.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and time management
