Sales Coordinator

Full job description

  • Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth execution of daily sales activities
  • Prepare sales reports, quotations, and order documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and sales data
  • Communicate with clients to follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments
  • Support sales managers with scheduling, meetings, and presentations
  • Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Monitor sales targets and assist in tracking team performance
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates who can handle Arabic or hindhi along with English.
  • Able to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and time management
