Job Description:
We, Magna Tyres is seeking a fresher/graduate Sales Coordinator for our Ras Al Khaimah office with atleast 1-2 years of experience. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth coordination of sales operations.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Interaction:
- Attend to all online enquiries, respond with company profiles, and gather customer and operational information. Follow up calls to convert enquiries into business.
- Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing sales documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Submit a biweekly report to management on business follow-up activities.
- Maintain all Customer Information Files.
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotations.
- Provide general customer support in the absence of the sales team.
- Maintain marketing materials to support customers and the sales team.
- Prepare sales follow-up reports with customer details in Excel and maintain them regularly.
- Prepare quotation follow-up reports in Excel and update weekly.
- Update customer data files and coordinate with the marketing team for newsletter publications.
- Maintain files and data related to warranty claims submitted by the sales team.
Requirements:
- Fresher/Graduate with 1–2 years of experience preferred.
- Preferred qualifications: Engineering (Mechanical) or Automobile-related.
- Candidates with B.Com, PG, or MBA degrees are also welcome.
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment.
