Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with end-to-end coordination, order processing, documentation, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in sales support, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely execution
  • Coordinate with logistics and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Prepare sales quotations, reports, and related documentation
  • Maintain sales records and update databases as required
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar support role
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in order processing and logistics coordination
  • Ability to prepare sales reports, quotations, and documentation
  • Proven end-to-end sales coordination experience

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Chemical, Construction, Oil & Gas, or Healthcare industries is an added advantage

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales documentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
