We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Support sales executives in achieving monthly and annual targets.
- Liaise with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate when required.
- Contribute to improving sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
