Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between sales, production, and clients. The ideal candidate will handle quotations, order processing, client communication, and follow-ups, contributing to overall sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and orders
- Coordinate between sales, production, logistics, and accounts teams
- Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and reports
- Handle client inquiries, provide product information, and assist the sales team
- Track order status, delivery schedules, and documentation
- Follow up with customers on payments, approvals, and feedback
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, catalogs, and tender documents
- Support exhibition and trade show activities when required
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures
