Position Overview:

The Sales Coordinator provides essential back-office and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient operations and smooth customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in customer acquisition by conducting cold calls, identifying new prospects, and supporting lead-generation activities.
  • Support the sales team in expanding the customer base and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and pipeline status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales coordination or customer support/service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
