Overview of the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth sales operations, timely invoices, and efficient coordination between departments. You will play a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the sales team throughout the entire process.
What You Will Do
- Complete vehicle invoicing accurately via SAP.
- Manage motorcycle movements between warehouses and service centers.
- Prepare and maintain reports on stock and monthly invoices using SAP.
- Organize and manage the demonstrator fleet of vehicles.
- Liaise with internal teams (HR, STS, Aftersales) to ensure seamless showroom administration.
- Issue gate passes and coordinate with the aftersales supervisor to prevent delays.
- Oversee showroom vehicle display, inventory management, and registration processes for new vehicles.
- Ensure quality checks and safe keeping of vehicles prior to handover.
- Comply with company QHSE guidelines, SOPs, and participate in safety training.
Required Skills to Be Successful
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or coordination.
- Previous experience in a similar role within sales or administration.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Familiarity with IT systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
