Sales Coordinator

Overview of the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth sales operations, timely invoices, and efficient coordination between departments. You will play a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the sales team throughout the entire process.

What You Will Do

  • Complete vehicle invoicing accurately via SAP.
  • Manage motorcycle movements between warehouses and service centers.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on stock and monthly invoices using SAP.
  • Organize and manage the demonstrator fleet of vehicles.
  • Liaise with internal teams (HR, STS, Aftersales) to ensure seamless showroom administration.
  • Issue gate passes and coordinate with the aftersales supervisor to prevent delays.
  • Oversee showroom vehicle display, inventory management, and registration processes for new vehicles.
  • Ensure quality checks and safe keeping of vehicles prior to handover.
  • Comply with company QHSE guidelines, SOPs, and participate in safety training.

Required Skills to Be Successful

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or coordination.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within sales or administration.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with IT systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
