Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in day-to-day operations and client coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in the printing or gifting industry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage client requirements and ensure timely order processing
  • Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other documentation as needed
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to track order status and ensure timely delivery
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
  • Maintain and update customer databases and records
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for clients

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–2 years, preferably in the printing or gifting industry
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
