Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in day-to-day operations and client coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in the printing or gifting industry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage client requirements and ensure timely order processing
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other documentation as needed
- Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to track order status and ensure timely delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
- Maintain and update customer databases and records
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for clients
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 years, preferably in the printing or gifting industry
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
