We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing Team at One&Only Royal Mirage, Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support, ensuring the efficient operation of the sales department while contributing to a seamless guest and client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with day-to-day activities, including preparing proposals, contracts, itineraries, and resort presentations for clients.
- Maintain and update client databases and Salesforce systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to arrange site inspections, special requests, and other guest requirements to exceed client expectations.
- Assist in organizing sales trips, roadshows, and tradeshows, handling logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications.
- Assist with site inspections on resort.
- Handle incoming inquiries, providing information on rates, packages, and availability in a timely, professional manner.
- Generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and assist in analyzing trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Sales/Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in administration within the luxury hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and thinking one step ahead.
