Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

Mister Berry Bakery is looking for a responsible and professional Sales Coordinator to manage counter sales, handle customer payments, maintain dealer communication, and support basic accounts and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Counter Sales & Customer Service

  • Handle daily counter sales and walk-in customers
  • Process cash and card payments accurately
  • Maintain clean, professional, and welcoming counter service
  • Provide information about products, offers, and custom cake orders

Dealer & Client Communication

  • Email and reply to dealers in a professional manner
  • Share quotes, invoices, and required documents through email
  • Maintain polite communication over phone and WhatsApp

Follow-up & Coordination

  • Follow up on cheques issued to dealers
  • Track pending payments and send reminders
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams as required

Basic Accounts & Records

  • Maintain daily sales records
  • Track payment status (cash, card, cheque, online)
  • Support the accountant in updating accounts and summaries
  • Keep organized files and documentation

Administrative Support

  • Prepare daily sales report
  • Manage product stock update for orders
  • Assist in preparing bakery order forms when required

Requirements

  • Immediate Joiner Preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or coordination (preferred)
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages is a plus)
  • Basic computer skills (Email, MS Office, WhatsApp Business)
  • Ability to handle cash and card payments responsibly
  • Professional, polite, and well-organized
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
