Job Summary:
The IT Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales process — from managing leads and preparing proposals to coordinating with technical teams for solution delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support day-to-day sales activities between clients, sales executives, and technical teams.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales proposals.
- Manage CRM entries, track leads, and update client information.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate order processing, delivery scheduling, and post-sale support.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and assist in generating new business opportunities.
- Support the sales manager with data analysis, forecasting, and pipeline tracking.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products and solutions (hardware, software, networking, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
