La verde property management is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales department by managing client inquiries, coordinating with agents, preparing sales documents, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and client follow-ups
- Coordinate property listings, viewings, and client appointments
- Maintain and update CRM records and sales reports
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements
- Support marketing and promotional activities for property listings
- Handle incoming inquiries through calls, emails, and social media
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to client requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
