Sales Coordinator

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in building materials trading, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales activities between customers and internal departments.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and assist sales executives in daily operations.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure timely order processing and delivery updates.
  • Support in preparing sales reports and maintaining documentation.
  • Communicate with suppliers and logistics for order follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Building Materials industry.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of MEP and construction materials will be an added advantage.
