About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales and marketing operations across our B2B platforms — Yellowpages-UAE.com and FYIND.com. The candidate will be responsible for conducting quality checks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring data accuracy across our internal and external systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify details of signed contracts from the sales team against client listings uploaded on yellowpages-uae.com and fyind.com.
- Coordinate with clients to collect additional information or clarifications requested by the Social Media and SEO teams.
- Ensure all client data and business information are correctly updated and maintained on lunad.pulseorm.com (our internal CRM/product system).
- Monitor listings and product details for consistency, accuracy, and completeness across platforms.
- Communicate regularly with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, SEO, and Social Media) to ensure smooth information flow and timely updates.
- Assist in preparing reports or summaries related to listing quality checks and data updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2B environment or similar work culture.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform thorough quality checks.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate between different departments.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with online directories, digital marketing, or B2B marketplace platforms.
- Familiarity with data entry or content verification workflows.
