About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Sales Coordinator to handle sales quotations, order processing, procurement of special materials, and delivery coordination with our warehouse and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send quotations to customers and follow up for order confirmation.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with suppliers for price and availability.
- Source and purchase non-stock/special materials from local vendors.
- Coordinate with warehouse and drivers to schedule timely deliveries.
- Maintain customer and supplier records, order trackers, and daily reports.
- Support the sales and accounts teams in invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Sales or Procurement Coordinator in building materials / hardware trading.
- Strong product knowledge in paints, plumbing, electrical, tools, and related items.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Tally, or other ERP systems preferred.
- Organized, fast-learner, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
