Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with clients regarding product inquiries, pricing, and delivery updates.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in company systems.
• Liaise with production and logistics departments to ensure timely order processing.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.
• Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing related to sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role (preferably in construction, scaffolding, or aluminium industries).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
